In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top five gacha games on iOS in the United States displayed varied performance across weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the trends for each game, based on data from Sensor Tower.

X-HERO saw a noticeable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $973K in the week of November 21. Weekly downloads reached their highest at 552K mid-October, but then trended downwards, closing the quarter with just 17.5K downloads in the final week of December. Active users peaked at 564K in mid-October and declined to 243K by the end of December.

Madden NFL 25 Mobile Football had a consistent performance in weekly revenue, with a peak of $832K in late October. Weekly downloads were stable, ranging between 80K to 120K throughout the quarter. Active users peaked at 620K in the last week of December, showing overall engagement stability.
